He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Tillman, (Helyak) and James Donald Tillman, Sr.; his stepson David M. Cook; and his brother Ronald Eugene Tillman, Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, James D. Tillman, III of Fort Myers and John Michael Tillman (Carol) of Coatesville; his stepsons, Robert Cook (Cindy Commero-Cook) of Willow Street and Gary Cook (Jennifer) of Gap; and his sister Darlene Romanosky of Fort Myers, Florida.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
