He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mae Keasley Culclasure; his children, William Raymond, Jr. (Stephanie) of Coatesville, Major Charles, Sr. (Michele) of Beaumont, Deacon Michael Brian (Stacey) of Coatesville, Eric Omar (Tosha) of Parkesburg, Melinda Keasley Torain (William) of Lancaster and Chimere Washington of Wilmington; his sisters, Elease Brown of Coatesville, Brenda Toland of Coatesville, Henrietta Artis of Coatesville and Althea Culclasure of Delaware; and his sisters-in-law, Rev. Thema A. Wilson (Harlan) of Coatesville and Virginia J. Meeks of Coatesville. He is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren.
