He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brian K. Dowlin, Sr. and Tammy Lin Palmer; his daughters, Mackenzie Collins, Savannah Dowlin, Lillyana Dowlin and Alana Dowlin; his stepsons, Dante, Gabriel and Bobby Peoples; his siblings, Vincent Palmer, Heather Ruiz and Cassie Root; his aunts and uncles, Patty, Randy Root, Joan, Dave Palmer and Clarence Palmer Jr.; his cousins, Charrish and Paige Palmer; and his grandparents, Joyce and Clarence Palmer Sr.. He was also cherished by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorial donations may be made in Brian's memory directly to the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA 19365 to help defray funeral expenses.
