He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert W. Harper and Helen Harper (Bailey); his wife Lillian F. Harper (Noe); his son Anthony S. Harper (Tammy) of Wilson, NC; and his sisters, Helen Kenney and Patricia Kapillas.
He is survived by: his children, Albert N. Harper (Jennifer L.) of Anthem, AZ, Susan E. Hillyer (Steven) of Port Deposit, MD and Jennifer E. Harper of Downingtown; and his close friend Joanne Baumler. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
