He was predeceased by: his parents, John Passmore and Leona Passmore (Pierce); and his siblings, Rowles, Ray Passmore, Ethel Thomas, Lorraine Craig, Zella Rehrer, Betty Turner and Jean Hughes.
He is survived by: his significant other Evelyn Marie Jacobson; his significant other's children, John Passmore (Margie) of Hillsboro, MO and Rebecca Kwarciak (Steve) of Pompano Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Laura Lamar (Joe), Matthew, Rachel, Amanda, Gretchen, Nolan and Richard Passmore; his sister Barbara Green; and his niece Penny McKenney of Gettysburg. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
