She is survived by: her mother Leona Kubat (Lamer); her stepfather David Kubat of Ebensburg; her children, Dylan Borlie and Alexis "Lexi" Borlie; her sister Karly Lombardo; her nieces, Allison Chordas, Vinco and Morganne Conrad; and her nephew David Conrad (Vinco).
