He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Moses Norris and Elizabeth Norris (Hickok); his siblings, Marsha Long (John) of Clearfield, Jan Graham (Roy) of Clearfield, Carol Ann "Con" Maney of Curwensville, Deb Petrone of Curwensville, Dennis "Rack" Norris of Curwensville and Moses "Sonny" Norris Jr. (Barbara) of Westover; and his nieces, Haley Gill of Delaware and Cassi Norris of Clearfield. He was also cherished by numerous other nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Charity of the Donor's Choice.
