She is survived by: her husband Kevin Brooks; her children, Misty Shaver, Kassie Polifka, Franki Spears and Emmitt Spears; and her siblings, Donna DoMoulin and Jimmy Smith. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
