“As an RN on first shift at Wernersville, I only talked to Steve as he was coming on for the evening shift or on the rare occasions I worked his shift and unit on overtime. I enjoyed our conversations and could see how dedicated Steve was to his job and how he loved our consumers. But, what I learned most about Steve and from getting to know Shelly briefly during her time at Wernersville, was their love of family. I will miss seeing Steve and our brief, but meaningful conversations about work, family and the world. My condolences go out to Shelly, Ian and his siblings and to Michael and Betty. Sending love and prayers to the whole family. He was a special man, I know he will be missed.”
