She is survived by: her parent Ethel Bincarousky; her children, Barbara Henry (William) of Lake Hauto, PA and Joseph M. Ruggeri (Janice) of Hometown, PA; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Seltzer of Tamaqua, Mark Henry (Judy) of New Tripoli, PA, Joseph Ruggeri (Cara) of Limeport, PA, Michael Ruggeri (Rachael) of Mountain Top, PA and Robert Ruggeri (Tara) of Emmaus, PA. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
