With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeremiah John McDonald of Coaldale, Pennsylvania, born in Tuscarora, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2022 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise McDonald (Machay); his parents, Jeremiah McDonald and Ann McDonald (Krynock); and his siblings, Mary Rose Slotwinski and James McDonald.

He is survived by: his son James McDonald of Coaldale; his stepchildren, Michael Babinetz (Patricia) of Coaldale, Anastasia Babinetz of Coaldale, Jackie Babinetz of Coaldale and Mary Babinetz of Albrightsville, PA; and his siblings, Theresa Otto of Macungie, PA and Joseph McDonald of Mary. He is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren, several nephews and nieces.
