She is survived by: her parent Frances Lazur (Lukas); her children, Leonard Jr. of Tamaqua and Linda J. (Bruce Adams) of Drums; her siblings, Stephen Lazur of McAdoo, Daniel Lazur (Mary) of Still Creek and Frances Lazur of Daytona Beach, Fla.; her grandchildren, Brian Hayes, Lori Hayes, Michael Haspe, Tamara Haspe and Nicholas Haspe; and her great grandchildren, Brayleigh Mae Spires and Kale Haspe.
