With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgene A. Novitsky of Coaldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 5, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jake" Novitsky; her parents, Daniel Zeigler and Martha Zeigler (Kohler); her daughter Becky Sterling; her grandsons, Michael Tessitore and Matthew Tessitore; and her brother Daniel Zeigler.
She is survived by: her children, Marti Zulic (Michael) of Hellertown, Jeanie Reed (David) of Louisville, KY, Jacki Shubeck of Coaldale, Jeri Handlon (Thomas) of Allentown, Joanne Chambers of Lansford and John Novitsky (Diane) of Coaldale; her sister Gerry Zeigler of Summit Hill; and her son-in-law Tom Sterling of Coaldale. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and Several Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.
