He was predeceased by: his parents, William MacKay and Lily MacKay (Koontz) of Ohio. He is survived by: his wife Susan Matula-MacKay (Scott); his stepsons, Matthew Matula of Allentown, James Matula of Coaldale and Timothy Matula (Lynn); and his stepgrandchildren, Olivia Matula, Dash and Ace.
