She was predeceased by: her parent Melvin Pensyl. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Pensyl (Snyder); her son Jason Lorenz Sr.; her wife Bernadette; her sisters, Judith Pensyl of Coal Township and Nancy Barber (Michael) of Coal Township; her grandchildren, Jason Lorenz Jr. of Arvada, Jessica Sobol of Coal Township, Aaron Tetkoskie of Elizabethtown, Taylor Hadley and Olivia Hadley of Enola; her nephews, David Barber and Aaron Barber; her niece Megan Calder; and also Isabella Barber.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church, Shamokin.
