He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Watkins Sr. and Margaret Gummel; his former wife Janet Watkins; and his son Michael Watkins Sr.. He is survived by: his former wife Maryanne DeVine (Gallagher); his wife Gloria Watkins (Daigle Tarde) of Mt. Carmel; and his children, William Watkins, Arthur Watkins, Brian Watkins, John Tarde, Tirus Twyne, Maria Amarose, Elizabeth Diaz and Denise Twyne. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great grandchildren.
