He was predeceased by: his stepfather Clyde Silvis. He is survived by: his siblings, Victoria Black (John) of Gillette, WY and Nolan Blystone (Karen) of Penn Run; his stepsister Laura Ward (James) of Indiana; and his half-sisters, Cheryl Blazavich (James) of Homer City and Sharon Wolf (Cody) of Indiana. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
