He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip E. Woodley and Clara Woodley (Jodon). He is survived by: his wife Sarah M. Woodley (Morrison). He is also survived by eight children; twenty three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; five siblings and several nieces and nephews.
