She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon W. Ober and Rosie Mae Ober (Lovelace); and her husband Howard Clyde Silvis. She is survived by: her children, Victoria Black (John), Nolan Blystone (Karen), Penn Run, Stephen Blystone and Clymer; and her stepdaughter Laura Ward (James). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
