He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Felichko (Utberg); his spouse Marie Felichko (Oterson) of Clymer; his children, Cynthia Bence of Hopewell and Carol Polenik (Jeff); his stepdaughter Cathy Strojni of Richmond, VA; his daughter Brenda Pampe; his grandchildren, Matt Bence, Sarah Bence, Jessica Polenik, Katelyn Polenik, Joshua Walker and Justina Walker; his great grandchildren, Madison Bence, Brooklyn Bence and Ryker Walker; and his siblings, Paul Felichko of Johnstown, George Felichko (Karen), Roseann Busovicki (John), Jean Lenz (George) and Diana Fatula (Jeff).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation, in John's name, be made to the AFA- Alzheimer's Foundation of America charity.
