He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bernat and Elizabeth Marie Bernat (Magas). He is survived by: his daughter Deanna D. Stevens; and his siblings, Mary Beth Pontani (Bruce), Frank J. Bernat (Mary) and Beverly Vehovic (Brad). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
