He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Franklin Wheeler and Ida Wheeler (McCreary); his former wife Vera Joanne Wheeler (Treese); his son William Clyde Wheeler; his son-in-law Jerry Reid Marshall; his siblings, Richard Wheeler, Marion L. Wheeler and Eugene Wheeler; and his pet Sara.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Wheeler (Rorabaugh); his children, Joni Marshall, Sandy Russ (Bill), Michael Wheeler (Shannon), MaryAnn Wheeler (Grant Shearer) and Diane Daskivich (David); his grandchildren, Amanda Duncan (Matthew), Emily Marshall (Daniel Shybunko), Brendan (Ben Russ) and Riley (Kayleigh Wheeler); and his siblings, Virginia Dalessio (Frank), Michael Wheeler (Patty), Harold Duane Wheeler (Debbie) and Janice Coy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
