He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Duke and Mabel Duke (Higley); his son Eric Duke; and his sister Ruth Ann Medvitz. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Duke (Irvin) of Clymer; his daughter Erin Morrison (Bill) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Ashley Wadsworth Theiss (Fred) of Hermitage and Tanner Morrison of Indiana; and his daughter-in-law Rachel Antico of Pittsburgh.
