He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Kelly Sr. and Ida Mae Barnhouse Kelly; his wife Mary Downs of Clintonville; his niece Little Johns Woodshop; his children, Joe Kelly III (Ronica), Cheri McFadden (Gerry) and Ken Kelly (Mary); his sisters, Patty Houk (Larry) and Debbie Kelly; his grandchildren, David Wright (Suzy), Joshua Wright, Krystal Wright, Raelin Rieger, Cadence Rieger, Brandon Rieger (Ashley) and Christopher Rieger (Xena); and his sister Joanne VanGorder.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home (109 Emlenton St, Clintonville, PA 16372). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
