She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Montgomery and Octa Delilah Riddle (McKnight); her husband John Leslie Hoffman; and her brothers, Ray E. and Homer DeWayne Riddle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Lee Butcherine and Diana L. Breniman of Shippenville, PA; and her grandchildren, Kim Deniker (Clint), Debi Butcherine, Michael Bowersox (Kate) and Terry Bowersox (Jen). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
