He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cunningham and Minnie Martha Morris Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Janet Double Cunningham; his daughter Amy Fink (Rob) of Saxonburg; his grandsons, Ethan Fink and Evan Fink of Saxonburg; his brother Gary W. McCall of Valencia; his son Jamie Cunningham; and his sister Betty Applegarth.
Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
