She was predeceased by: her husband Freeman Putman; her daughter Teresa Berg (Putman); her son-in-law Bob Berg; her parents, Margaret Stover, and Carl Stover, Sr.; and her siblings, Carl Stover, Jr., Cecelia Grubb, Edith Perry, Jane Miller, Norma Doebler, Jack Stover and Joseph Stover.
She is survived by: her daughter Cece Putman; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Phelps of Tucson, AZ; and her sister-in-law Maria Stover of Norfolk, VA.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and life-long friends.
