She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Earl Toothman and Elizabeth Ann Hartung Toothman; her daughter Shelly Ann Howell Tempalski; her son-in-law Leon Tempalski; and her siblings, Betty Jean Chenoweth, Robert Earl Toothman and Paul Toothman.
She is survived by: her son Mike Howell (Tonya); and her grandsons, Connor Howell and SrA.
