She was predeceased by: her father James Mamula; her husband William Anskate Sr.; her stepson William Anskate Jr.; and her nephew Steven Mamula (Jacob). She is survived by: her mother Marian Parks (Bruce); her child Zac Mamula; her granddaughter Haley; her child Jessie Kelly; her grandchildren, Carter, Brentley and Remi; her stepson Alexander Anskate; her stepgrandchildren, Samantha, Jocelynn, Lexi and Bella; her stepdaughter Rita Formosa; her stepgrandchildren, Corey, Beth and Angie; her brothers, James Mamula Jr. and Steven Mamula; and her stepparents, Lynn Parks and Sandra Mamula. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
