He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. and Mary E. Hines (Winshell); his son Frank T. Hines; and his sister Mary Ann Tormey. He is survived by: his sister Margaret Weston (Hines) of Leechburg; and his nieces and nephews, Linda Poney (John) of Ford City, Frank Weston (Sue) of Leechburg, Lewis Weston (Jamie) of Leechburg and Margaret Snyder (Donald) of Saxonburg.
