With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles E. Howell of Clinton, Pennsylvania, born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 4, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Howell and Evelyn Howell (Eltz); and his sister-in-law Robyn Shaffer Howell. He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene Lewis (John) and Randy L. Howell (Christine) of Clinton Township, Waymart; and his nieces and nephews, Aaron Lewis, Joshua Lewis, Rebekah Ihlefeldt, Jacob Lewis, Grace Miller and Edward Howell. He is also survived by several great-nieces; great-nephews; cousins; relatives; and friends.
