He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Patrick Scully and Mary Agnes Ryan; his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Anne; his sister Mary Anne Infante; and his sister-in-law Helen Schell.
He is survived by: his brother Gary; and his children, Elizabeth Williams (Michael), Vincent J. Scully III and Frederick Scully. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
