He is survived by: his children, Mark Moorhead and Christy Moorhead-Mellet (Scott); his grandchildren, Clarissa George, Chris Walker, Scott Mellet, Sierra Mellet and Kristie Mellet; his great grandchildren, Layla, Jordan, Skylar, Anya and Dakota; and his siblings, Fran Mink, Bill Moorehead (Anita) and Jim Moorhead (Theresa).
