He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert L. Wheeler and Adelaide Wheeler (Schrader). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Rotella Wheeler (Robertson); his stepdaughters, Jessica Rotella and Nicole Whitmore; and his siblings, Lynn Slough and Lee Wheeler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
