He is survived by: his parents, Geraldine Hash (O'Donnell) and Jack Hash; his stepchildren, Adam, Juliet and Willow; his brothers, David and Jeffrey; his nephews, Daniel and John; and his niece Jamie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
