She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Lizut and Agnes Lizut (Mazur); her husband Donald McDowell; and her brothers, Otto Lizut, Leonard Lizut and Edward Lizut.
She is survived by: her nieces, Donna Lizut, Linda Lizut Helstern and Lisa Lizut; her great-nieces, Amina Helstern, Sage Mattern and Ashleigh Greenwalt; her great-nephew Joshua Greenwalt; and also, Joseph Holloman and Ryleigh McIlhenney.
