We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2020, at the age of 84, Elizabeth M. Phillips (Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Catherine Smith; and her husband Thomas J. Phillips. She is survived by: her children, James Phillips, Betti-Ann MacDonald, Daniel Phillips, Meg Phillips and John Phillips (Linda); her grandchildren, Ashley Marks (JJ), Amber Phillips and Nickel Allison; her great grandchildren, Mary and Carter Marks; and her sister Cathy O'Connor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
