She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clyde and Mary Pearl Sams; and her brother Henry Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Claude, Clyde, Geraldine, Harriet, Gale, Dale, Alice, Rita and Beverly Sams. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, dear friends.
