He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Anne "Betty" Bellew Boyd; and his siblings, James J. Boyd and Ann Marie "Nancy" Tasseff. He is survived by: his children, Albert P. Boyd, Carolyn M. Danks (Joseph) and Robert F. Boyd (Maureen); and his grandchildren, Sherilynn A. Davis (Mark), Megan M. Boyd, Gregory S. Boyd, Lauren C. Boyd and Matthew R. Danks.
