He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. and Ruth Rule Hebner, Sr.; his son Chad Daniel Hebner; and his siblings, Alma Jean Graham and Kenneth Buckhart.

He is survived by: his children, William Hebner (Jennifer Gorel) and Jill Hebner (Ray Dawkins); and his grandchildren, Liam Hebner and Layne Kulick. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
