He was predeceased by: his parents, William Collins and Helen Campbell Collins; and his siblings, Ann McHale, John Collins and William Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Lukasevic; his children, Kimberly Congdon (Greg) of Clifford Township, PA., Connie Dollak (George) of Philadelphia, PA, Colleen Collins of Philadelphia, PA and Timothy F. Collins, Jr. of Manhattan Beach; his grandchildren, Casey Congdon, George, Alex and Walter Dollak; and his brother James Collins, Sr. of South Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
