She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Butynetz and Anastasia Butynetz (Diakiw); and her siblings, Olga Ross, Mary Walczak and Michael Butynetz.
She is survived by: her husband Jacob; her daughters, Deborah Suchnick (Mark) of Clifford Township, Karen Tomanchek (Michael) of Clifford Township and Lori Ostir (Jerome) of Clifford Township; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Alexa, Stephanie, Marisa and Aaron. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and special cousins.
