He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Case and Hazel Wells Case; and his siblings, John "Jack" Case, Clayton Case and Leona Evans.

He is survived by: his son Richard Malone of Union Dale, PA; and his siblings, Barbara Case of Clifford Township, PA and Fred "Butch" Case of Clifford Township, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
