It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philomena Kowalewski of Clifford, Pennsylvania, born in Old Forge, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ross and Anna Ross. She is survived by: her husband Edward; her children, Madelyn (Fran Mlinar), Edward, Jr. (Mary Jo Kowalewski), Monica (Bill Duffy), Marti (Bob Smith), Joe (Michele Kowalewski), Matthew (Katie Kowalewski) and Mark (Laura Kowalewski); her grandchildren, Jacob, Austin, Josh, Lauren, Owen, Samantha, Kristin, Corey, Anna, Nate, Leo and Jack; and her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Benjamin, Easton and Braxton. She is also survived by Loving wife of 61 years, Philomena was a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who adored her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Out of abundance of concern and caution for Covid-19 and our community health, the Funeral Mass for Philomena Kowalewski scheduled for Tuesday March 2, 2021, HAS BEEN POSTPONED until further notice.
