He is survived by: his wife Susan Edith Slocum; his parent Helen Uhrin Kowtko; his brother Grampy; his children, Wendy Stuhlmuller, Lewes, Heather Ann Wheeler, Paul R. Kowtko Jr., Michael Kowtko (Jessica) and Clifford Twp; his grandsons, Ryan Andrew Stuhlmuller and Michael Paul Kowtko Jr.; his sister June Kowtko; and also Scott Twp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
