She was predeceased by: her spouse Mahlon G. Collum; her parents, Hobart Clark and Nellie Pallman Clark; and her brother Warren Clark. She is survived by: her children, James (Faith), Gerald, Clifford Twp and Linda Pazel; and her sister Dorothy Conrad. She is also survived by four grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
