He is survived by: his wife Linda Hayes (Kazmierczak); his friends, Tom, Judy and Carol; his children, Mary Lynn (Willard Wheeler), Christian, Marc, Christa, James Joseph Jr. (Carla), Matthew, Jennifer (Robert Housel), Anna and Jacob; his sister Mary Ann (John Kucz); his children, Daniel, Amanda, Bother and Joe Fadden; his niece Kim Kerekes (Yarema); and his pet Rocky.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions were made in Jim's name to Hospice of the Sacred Heart, 600 Baltimore Drive, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702 or to the PAN Foundation, P.O. Box 2310, Mt. Clemens, MI 48046, specifically directed to prostate cancer patients.
