She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. DeFazio; her parents, Anthony Neutts and Anna Scarpetta Neutts; and her stepmother Katie Neutts. She is survived by: her children, Peter DeFazio (Ellie Johnson DeFazio), Jasper DeFazio (Sharon Barrett DeFazio) and Geraldine DeFazio Denney (Jim Denney); and her brother Anthony Neutts.
