He is survived by: his wife Gloria Frye; his parents, Franklin Wiltbank, II of Dalton, PA. and Regina Nitterour Wiltbank of Dalton, PA.; his sons, Franklin, IV and Wyatt; and his brother William Wiltbank (Trina) of Trevose, PA. He is also survived by four nieces.
