He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Horton and J. Pauline Prudish; and his sisters, Ruth M. Dukerich and Johanna E. Flynn. He is survived by: his wife Joan Gibbon; his children, William (Hilda Horton), Paula (Jeff Fearn) and Alane (Bill Smith); his granddaughter Hannah Horton; and his sister Jane Strickland. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
